Airlink Modem configuration

Sir/Madam, We are working on verification and validation of GPS product testing. One of our requirements is to test base and rover GPS by transmitting data from Base GPS unit to rover GPS unit using wireless modem. We have RAVEN modem shipped from our customer (USA) to India, but it’s configured for Verizon network. In India we have similar network of TATA indicom. While configuring as per technical specification by putting TATA indicom CDMA SIM Card its giving error like "not able to detect Verizon network”. Please give us suggestion how to make it work to this TATA indicom network. Thanks ...
