Printer quits printing suddenly

When a page is sent for printing, nothing happens. The printer is on, the USB cable is connected, the toner is still good, and there is paper in the tray. The green light is on! What is the problem? Thx!...

Paper jam

I can't figure out where the jam is but the status light is red and paper light is flashing yellow. How is this printer opened to find paper jams?...
