troubleshooting parrot 3200ls

Wont pair with my blackberry anymore. Keeps coming up as "memory full" and I have to manually pair and have a new code each time. I have deleted all the paired devices on the parrot to see if it helps but no. It was working perfectly up to two weeks ago...
