mfd2 sat nav

my mfd2 cd sat nav unit has been working recently but now has decided to start saying no navagation unit recognised when i push the navi or map button but i can eject the cd fine, any help please ?? thanks...

mfd2 golf v - wrong positioning

Hello, my navi mfd2 strangely gives me wrong positioning (i'am in milan, italy and he says that i'm in france)... i'm getting crazy... there's any way to reset the navi or solve te problem? thank you....
